基于资源依赖理论的高职教育校企合作研究

Research on the School-Enterprise Cooperation of Higher Vocational Education Based on Resource Dependence Theory

目前政府和高职院校对校企合作的重要性已形成共识,但企业参与高职教育校企合作的积极性不高。从资源依赖理论的角度出发,组织之间合作的动力来自于彼此对对方的资源依赖。实证研究表明企业在校企合作中对人力资源、技术资源、信息资源、声誉资源等有一定的依赖性。因而采取相应的措施加强对这些核心资源的构建,才能激励企业参与到深层次的高职教育校企合作中来。

At present, the government and the higher vocational schools have reached an agreement on the importance of school-enterprise cooperation, but enterprises are not so interested in it. From the view of resource dependence theory, the power of cooperation among organizations comes from resource de- pendence on each other. The empirical research shows that enterprises have certain dependency on hu- man resources, technology resources, information resources, reputation resources and so on in the school-enterprise cooperation. So taking some measures to strengthen the construction of these core resources can encourage enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation at a higher level.
