郦城小区屋顶绿化改造工程关键技术

Key Technology of Roof Greening Transformation of Licheng Community

北京郦城小区屋顶绿化改造工程施工中,铲除了屋面基层以上部分,重新设置了SBS改性沥青卷材防水层、PVC卷材耐根穿刺层、排蓄水层、过滤层、基质层和植被层。特别是工程中采用了新型植被修复材料——KLD环保草毯,不仅施工方便,而且环保、固土。该工程被评为2013年度北京屋顶绿化优质工程。

Abstract： During the construction of roof greening transformation of Lieheng Community, Beijing, structures above the roof base were removed, and SBS modified asphalt membrane waterproofing layer, PVC membrane root resistant layer, drainage and aquifers layer, filter layer, stromal layer and the planted layer were reset. A new kind of vegetation restoration material KLD green grass carpet was applied in this project, which has advantages of easy construction, environmental protection and soil fixation. This project was named one of the 2013 Beijing Roof Greening High Quality Engineering.
