Recent progress on the studies of vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 近年来金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素的敏感性逐渐下降,并在各国相继出现耐药菌株。根据国内外相关文献报道,本文从耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌(VRSA)的发现、流行病学、耐药机制、药物治疗等方面进行综述。 OBJECTIVE In recent years, the sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus to vancomyein decreased gradually in the world, and the vaneomycin-resistant strains appeared one after another in various countries. The discovery, epidemiology, mechanism of action and drug treatment of vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus（VRSA） were reviewed in this article.
