糖网合剂的质量标准研究

摘要 目的建立糖网合剂(蒲黄、肉桂、当归、炮姜等)的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别方中蒲黄、肉桂、当归,RP-HPLC法对方中异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷、香蒲新苷、阿魏酸、藁本内酯、异绿原酸A和绿原酸6种成分进行定量测定。选用Odyssil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长325 nm。结果定性鉴别专属性强,阴性无干扰;异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷、香蒲新苷、阿魏酸、藁本内酯、异绿原酸A和绿原酸在测定范围内表现出良好的线性关系(r>0.999),平均回收率在98.9%~102.2%之间,RSD在0.5%~1.9%之间。结论被测成分紫外吸收在325 nm处均能出峰,基线较平稳,可用于糖网合剂的质量控制。 AIM To establish the quality standard for Tangwang Mixture ( Typhae Pollen, Cinnamomi Cor- tex, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum, etc. ). METHODS TLC was used for the qualitative identification of TyphaePollen, Cinnamomi Cortex and Angelicae Sinensis Radix. RP-HPLC was used to simultaneously determine the contents of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside, typhaneoside, ferulic acid, ligustil- ide, isochlorogenic acid A and chlorogenie acid. The Odyssil Cls ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 05% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution mode and the detec- tion wavelength was set at 325 nm. RESULTS The qualitative identification was specific without interference in the negative reference. The compounds showed a good linearity (r 〉 0. 999) in the measurement range. The aver- age recoveries were between 98.9% - 102. 2% with 0. 5% - 1.9% of RSDs. CONCLUSION The ultraviolet absorption of the measured constituents falls within 322 mm consistent with appearances with flat baseline in HPLC, so it can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
