摘要
目的采用RP-HPLC-二极管阵列检测器同时测定宝咳宁颗粒(黄芩、前胡、枳壳、青黛、麻黄、桑叶)中的柚皮苷、黄芩苷、靛玉红和白花前胡甲素。方法采用汉邦Dubhe-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柚皮苷、黄芩苷和靛玉红的检测波长为280 nm,百花前胡甲素检测波长为321 nm。结果柚皮苷、黄芩苷、靛玉红和白花前胡甲素在5~120μg/mL、2~60μg/mL、0.5~5.0μg/mL、0.01~0.10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r﹥0.999 0),加样回收率良好,在97.4%~103.9%之间。结论采用乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相能改善色谱峰峰型和基线漂移,本方法可用于宝咳宁颗粒的产品的质量控制。
AIM To establish a RP-HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of naringin, baicalin, indirubin and praeruptorin A in Baokening Granules. METHODS The analytical column was a Hanbang Dubhe- Cls column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0. 05% H3PO4 in gradi- ent elution mode at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelengths were set at 280 nm for baicalin , nar- ingin and indirubin, and 321 nm for praeruptorin A. RESULTS The data represented a good linear relation in the ranges of 5 - 120 μg/mL for baicalin, 2 - 60 μg/mL for naringin, 0. 5 - 5.0 μg/mL for indirubin, and 0. 01 -0. 1 ixg/mL for praeruptorin A (r 〉 0. 999 0), respectively. The satisfactory spiked recoveries ranged from 97.4% to 103.9%. CONCLUSION The good peak shaps and little baseline drift are contributed to mobile phase acetonitrile -0. 05% H3PO4 and this method can be used for quality control of Baokening Granules.
