摘要 在机床生产中报表是常见而重要的管理环节,传统的方法是测量人员拿仪器测量出一个数值,再手工地向记录表或计算机中填写结果,然后将结果统一地规整以便打印存档,这样既费时又费力。为了节省时间及人力,提高生产效率,以气动量仪为对象,研究了使用VC++配合Excel实现被测量数据的自动录入、实时图表显示、自动存档的方法。系统运行稳定、可靠,得到用户的好评,此方法也可用于其他类似场合。 Reporting statistics is a common and important management aspect in production by machine tool. The traditional method is that the measurement crew measure a value with instruments,and then manually fill out the results to the record sheet or computer,then the results will be structured and printed for archive. This method is time-consuming and laborious. In order to save time and manpower,improve production efficiency,taking pneumatic measuring instrument as the object,VC++ and Excellwere used to realize the measurement data automatic input,real-time chart display and automatical data archive. The system is stable,reliable, and has been praised by users. This method can be used for other similar applications.
