摘要
研究盖板速度变化对盖板花和生条质量的影响。用USTER AFIS单纤维测试仪对FA201B型梳棉机在三档盖板速度条件下所加工的盖板花和生条进行了测试。结果显示:盖板速度为260 mm/min时盖板花中棉结含量最多,盖板速度为210 mm/min时盖板花中短绒最多,盖板速度为153 mm/min时盖板花中杂质含量和未成熟纤维含量最多,盖板花中未成熟纤维含量是生条的2倍且盖板花中未成熟纤维含量达10%以上,说明盖板花中不容易发现未成熟纤维的观点是不正确的。认为:盖板速度为153 mm/min时总体上最有利于生条质量的改善。
The influence of flat speed on flat strips and card sliver quality was researched. The flat strips and card sliver quality that produced in three kinds of flat speed of FA201B carding machine were tested by USTER AFIS single fiber tester. The result shows that neps in flat strips are the most when flat speed is 260 mm/min, short fiber in flat strips are the most when flat speed is 210 mm/min,impurity and immature fiber in flat strips are the most when flat speed is 153 mm/min, the content of immature fiber are two times than that of card sliver, and more than 10% ,it is indicated that the point of immature fibers are not easy to find in flat strips is not correct. It is considered that the quality of card sliver be can better when flat speed is 153 mm/min.
