摘要 探讨经剪花布的工艺设计和生产要点.介绍了经纬纱的排列和织物上机图;络筒工序采用筒子纱染色,络筒速度500 m/min;整经工序合理调节整经张力,速度控制在450 m/min;采用ASG365型浆纱机,上浆率控制在6.5%,上浆温度85℃~90℃;织造工序采用GA747型剑杆织机,双织轴织造,开口时间提前至280°,降低后梁高度,调整花经综框,增加上机张力;后整理经丝光、定型、预缩.总结了生产中的相关注意事项,最终开发的经剪花布产品质量达到了设计要求.认为:通过采取一系列技术措施,可以开发出质量较好的经剪花布产品. Processing design and key points in production of warp shear fabric were discussed. Arrangement of warp & weft yarns and fabrics looming draft were introduced. Cheese dyeing was used in winding process,winding speed was 500 m/min. Warping tension was adjusted reasonably in warping process, the speed was controlled about 450 m/min. ASG365 sizing machine was adopted, sizing percentage was controlled at 6.5%, sizing temperature was 85 ℃ -90 ℃. GA747 rapier loom was used in weaving process, double loom beams were used, opening time was adjusted at 280°, back rest height was reduced, warp heald frame was adjusted,loom tension was increased. Mercerization, stereotypes and pre-shrinking were adopted in finishing. The relevant considerations in production were summed up, the product quality was meet the design requirements finally. It is considered that better quality of warp shear fabric can be developed through adopting a series of technical measures.
