摘要 通过对市场上蜂胶剂型产品的生产现状进行调查与对比,发现均是初级加工产品,生产工艺简单,弊端较为明显,市场接受度差。为充分利用蜂胶这个被称为"紫色黄金"的珍稀原料,对软胶囊剂开发的可行性和实用性进行了分析,并对软胶囊制备工艺路线进行了研究,通过试验确定了蜂胶软胶囊产品生产的最佳工艺路线及最佳工艺参数,开发生产了蜂胶软胶囊的新产品,使蜂胶中含有丰富的天然生物活性物质,能被人类充分利用,发挥多种生物学功能。 According to the research and comparison of the propolis products in the local market were described, find that most products were preliminary process products, which mostly had obviously defects and disadvantages due to the simple refining process, and the generally acceptance of the markets was not optimistic. In terms of fully utilize the propolis which called "Purple Gold", the feasibility and practicability of the soft capsule propolis products development were studied, meanwhile, soft capsule product processes were described. A best process for the propolis soft capsule production through multiple experiments was confirmed, thus the new products of soft capsule propolis for the market were developed, which enabled the various natural and activate elements fully to be absorbed by human body, and activated multiple biological functions.
