摘要
针对汤圆机撮盘参数受到面粉、含水量等因素影响,导致撮盘刀槽直径与汤圆质量难以准确计算的问题,提出了将数理统计中的回归理论应用到汤圆机撮盘参数设计、计算中的解决方案。根据撮盘参数规格与汤圆质量的检测数据,利用最小二乘原理求解待估回归参数最优解,得到拟合回归方程。并将汤圆质量代入回归方程,拟合撮盘参数,拟合结果与实际规格几乎完全吻合,从而为汤圆机撮盘参数化设计提供理论依据。
Regressing theory was applied in the design and calculations of parameters of dumpling machine, based on the influence of flour, water content. According to specifications of the dumpling machine and testing data, regression equation was calculated, using the principle of least squares. Practice showed that the actual test results coincided almost exactly with the fitting results, which proved that a theoretical basis for the design of the dumplings' disc-machine parameters was provided.
