自台湾塑化剂事件之后,塑化剂备受关注,现已成为食品行业的又一大安全隐患。较全面对塑化剂进行了剖析,针对塑化剂的来源、危害、检测方法等方面进行了阐述,避免塑化剂对人类健康的危害。
Since Taiwan plasticizer, much attention has been paid to plasticizer. It has already become a big security risk in the food industry.
