几种分光光度法测定氨氮含量的对比分析 被引量:6

摘要 对比研究了4种分光光度法测定水中氨氮含量,分别建立了每种方法的标准曲线,比较相关系数、检出限、回收率和相对标准偏差。并对4种方法进行精密度与准确度试验。结果表明:水杨酸-次氯酸钠分光光度法标准曲线的相关系数最高为0.999 3;检出限最低为0.041 mg·L-1;平均回收率为99.70%,最接近100%,相对标准偏差偏离最小在1.31%~3.44%之间,该法灵敏度高,适合检测氨氮含量低的样品。 The four kinds of spectrophotometric method of determination of ammonia nitrogen content in water comparatively was studied. A standard curve for each method respectively was established. And the correlation coefficient, detection limit, recovery and relative standard deviation were compared. And do the test of the accuracy and precision for the 4 detection methods. The results showed that: the standard curve of Salicylic acid-hypochlorite spectrophotometric method with the highest correlation coefficient was 0.999 3; with the lowest detection limit was 0.041 mg.L-1; average recovery was 99.70%, it was closest to 100%; with the minimum of the relative standard deviation deviating in 1.31%~3.44%. The method had high sensitivity, it was suitable for the determination of low levels of ammonia nitrogen in the sample.
