含鱼辅食食品中汞含量的两种测定方法比较

摘要 使用测汞仪(DMA)直接进样和微波消解-原子荧光光谱分析法(AFS)对多种含鱼婴幼儿辅食中汞含量进行测定,考察了标准曲线线性及方法检出限,线性良好,DMA的方法检出限达到了0.000 6 mg/kg较AFS方法的0.001 2mg/kg更优;对测定结果进行分析,发现2种检测方法下实际样品特别是深海鱼酥样品的测定结果相互吻合,标准物质(GBW 08571)贻贝的测定结果良好,均在证书有效范围内。测汞仪(DMA)直接进样或可以运用在企业生产的自控检测过程中对产品中汞含量进行实时监控。 Use Mercury measurement instrument (DMA) and Microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) for the determination of the mercury content in fish consisting of food. Inspection standard curve of the linear equation & Method detection limit, the detection limit of DMA is 0.000 6 mg/kg more optimal than 0.001 2 mg/kg of AFS method. Analysis of the results, for all sample especially deep sea fish cake sample, the two detection methods of determination results consistent with each other. The determination results of standard material (GBW 08571) were good, all within the scope of the certificate. Mercury measurement instrument (DMA) sample can be directly used in the process of enterprise production control testing for real-time monitoring of mercury content of product.
