摘要 为了改善羊毛酸性染料的染色性能,将壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)用于羊毛织物整理,探讨了整理工艺和整理后羊毛的染色性能。结果表明:HTCC能很好地吸附在羊毛上,吸附量随着整理液pH值的增大而减小,随整理液中HTCC质量浓度的增大而增大;优化的整理条件为,HTCC质量浓度10 g/L、pH值3.0、温度50℃;经HTCC整理后羊毛织物用酸性染料染色的上染速率加快,平衡上染百分率有所提高;而且HTCC的整理能改善染色羊毛织物的耐洗色牢度和保持好的耐摩擦色牢度。 N-(2-hydroxy) propyl-3-trimethy ammonium ehitosan chloride (HTCC) was applied to treat the wool fabric in order to improve its dyeing properties with acid dyes. The treating process and dyeing properties of the treated wool were studied. Results showed that HTCC can be well adsorbed on the wool; and the adsorption was decreasing with the increase of the pH value of finishing solution. On the contrary, the adsorption was increasing with the increase of HTCC concentration. The optimized treating process conditions are: HTCC 10 g/L, pH = 3.0, and temperature 50 ℃. The treated wool fabric, when dyed with acid dyes, exhibited faster dye-uptake rate and higher equilibrium dye-uptake percentage. Futhermore, HTCC treatment improves the color fastness of the dyed wool without affecting its original good rubbing fastness.
