摘要
为研究内燃机曲轴主轴承动力学的影响因素,建立曲轴一轴承柔性多体系统动力学仿真模型,在不同供油提前角的基础上建立曲轴主轴承轴心轨迹运动方程,采用有限差分法与欧拉方法相结合求解有限长滑动轴承雷诺方程,得出曲轴主轴承轴心运动轨迹及整周油膜压力分布。分析结果表明:曲轴主轴承轴心轨迹随供油提前角的增大而有向轴承中心移动的趋势,最小油膜厚度随供油提前角的增大而增大,因而在内燃机设计初期应当充分考虑供油提前角对内燃机曲轴主轴承动力学的影响。
A dynamics simulation model of flexible crankshaft-main bearing system of IC engine was established to study factors effeeting engine main bearings. From the motion equation of main bearing journal centre orbits set up in different injection advance angles, the main bearing journal centre orbits and their oil film pressure distributions of whole circumference were achieved by using finite difference method and Euler method to solve Reynolds equation for finite length sliding bearing. Results show that with injection advance angle increasing the journal center orbit gradually shrinks to the bearing center and the minimum oil film thickness increases. It is concluded that the injection advance angle effect on crankshaft main bearing dynamics should be considered enough in early stage of engine design.
