摘要
为实现电控发动机性能标定数据的优化,运用试验设计(design of experiment,DOE)进行有效合理的试验,以快速有效地构建起发动机统计学数学模型,并以GW4D20 2.0 L欧一Ⅳ柴油电控发动机性能优化标定为例。研究结果表明:在DOE中通过标定工程经验结合相关度判定在有效减少影响因子个数、优化试验组合的同时,模型依然具有较高实用性。
DOE method Application in engine statistical model building for performance calibration optimization of the electron-controlled engine was studied. For example, in Model GW4D20 2.0I. Euro-IV elec- tron-controlled diesel engine, performance optimization calibration was conducted to explain that during DOE the optimized model had still important applicable value for calibration parameter optimization, while reducing input influencing factor number and optimizing test combination based on engineering experiences and correlation analysis.
