摘要
对影响石油沥青软化点测定的因素进行了分析,如升温速率对软化点测定的影响、底板隔离剂厚度对软化点测定的影响及加热介质是否降温至5℃对软化点测定的影响,结果表明:若升温速率大于国家标准(5℃/min),测定的软化点偏高;若升温速率小于国家标准(5℃/min),测定的软化点偏低。底板隔离剂涂抹过厚,会使软化点测定结果偏小。不降温至5℃开始实验,测定的软化点偏高。。
Factors affecting asphalt softening point test results were analyzed, such as heating rate, thickness of base isolation agent and so on. The results show that: if the heating rate is higher than the national standard (5 ℃/min), the determined value of softening point is on the high side; If the heating rate is less than the national standard (5 ℃/min), the determined value of softening point is on the low side; If plate isolation agent thickness is too thick, the determined value of softening point is on the low side; If heating medium temperature is cooled to 5 ℃ during testing, the determined value of softening point is on the high side .
