石油沥青软化点测定因素的探讨

Research on Test Methods of Softening Point of Asphalt

对影响石油沥青软化点测定的因素进行了分析,如升温速率对软化点测定的影响、底板隔离剂厚度对软化点测定的影响及加热介质是否降温至5℃对软化点测定的影响,结果表明:若升温速率大于国家标准(5℃/min),测定的软化点偏高;若升温速率小于国家标准(5℃/min),测定的软化点偏低。底板隔离剂涂抹过厚,会使软化点测定结果偏小。不降温至5℃开始实验,测定的软化点偏高。。

Factors affecting asphalt softening point test results were analyzed, such as heating rate, thickness of base isolation agent and so on. The results show that： if the heating rate is higher than the national standard （5 ℃/min）, the determined value of softening point is on the high side; If the heating rate is less than the national standard （5 ℃/min）, the determined value of softening point is on the low side; If plate isolation agent thickness is too thick, the determined value of softening point is on the low side; If heating medium temperature is cooled to 5 ℃ during testing, the determined value of softening point is on the high side .
