摘要
在表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,采用水杨醛衍生的Schiff碱功能单体与正硅酸乙酯的水解缩聚反应,制备了SiO2负载的Ag纳米粒子催化剂,采用红外光谱、UV-Vis光谱、X射线粉末衍射和高分辨透射电镜对制得的样品进行了表征,并研究了样品催化CO氧化反应的活性。结果表明:Ag纳米粒子均匀地分布在SiO2载体上,其粒径与Schiff碱功能单体用量和样品煅烧温度密切相关。当煅烧温度为973 K时,样品催化活性最好。
The Ag nanoparticle catalysts supported on SiO2 were synthesized by hydrolytic copolymerization of ethyl silicate and the fimctional monomer salicylaldimine Schiff base in the presence of the non-ionic surfactant Tween-80.The prepared samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, and their catalytic performance for CO oxidation was investigated. The results showed that the Ag nanoparticles were dispersed uniformly on the surface of SiO2 support and their diameters depended on content of salicylaldimine Schiff base and calcined temperature. The sample prepared by calcined temperature of 973 K exhibited the best catalytic activity for CO oxidation.
