摘要
考察了3936/3905组合催化剂加氢改质性能,在抚顺石化公司研究院中试评价装置上,以焦化柴油和催化柴油的混合油为原料,进行加氢降凝工艺条件考察实验。结果表明,在氢分压7.2 MPa、空速1.5/2.0 h^-1下,温度为370-390℃时,改质柴油硫、氮含量小于10μg·g^-1,凝点降低10℃以上,十六烷值提高10个单位。
The hydro-upgrading performance of 3936/3905 assembled hydrotreating catalyst was investigated in the pilot evaluation device in Research Institute of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company, using the mixture of coking diesel and FCC diesel as raw material. The process conditions of hydrodewaxing were studied. The results showed that the qualities of the low-grade diesel could be significantly upgraded by hydro-upgrading;sulfur and nitrogen contents were reduced to less than 10×10^-6, pour point was reduced by above 10 and cetane number℃ was increased by 10 units when hydrogen partial pressure was 7.2 MPa and space velocity was 1.5/2.0 h^-1 at 370-390℃.
