摘要
抚顺石化腈纶厂采用杜邦工艺两步干法制腈纶。在生产中,以活性碳纤维为吸附材料,以连续式吸附器为主设备,对纺丝有机气体浓缩后产生的高浓度含二甲基甲酰胺(以下简称DMF,DMF是挥发性有机化合物的一种,一般是作为溶剂使用)有机气体,采用先吸附后水洗的办法进行增浓吸收,显著提高了DMF的回收效果,降低了产品能耗物耗,减少了环境污染。
The acrylic fiber plant of Fushun Petrochemical Corporation introduced Dupont process technology, which adopted 2-step dry fiber spinning with Dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent. In the production, the activated carbon fiber was used as adsorption material, the continuous absorber equipment was used to recover high concentration of dimethylformamide, which could significantly improve the recovery effect of DMF, reduce energy consumption and environment pollution.
