摘要
通过采样、检修观察和生产中的排查对影响大庆炼化公司乙腈装置长周期运行的因素进行了分析研究,找到了各个单元设备存在的问题,产生的原因,提出了解决的问题的方案。通过改进使装置实现了长周期运转,并取得了理想的生产成果。
The factors to affect long term operation of acetonitrile unit in Daqing Refining and Chemical Company were analyzed through sampling, observation in maintenance and investigation in production, and problems in each device were found, solutions to the problems were put forward. After improving the unit, the long-term operation was realized, and satisfactory production result was achieved.
