摘要
在众多的非编码RNAs中,微小RNAs(miRNAs)与肿瘤的关系是研究的热点,以miRNAs为靶点的抗肿瘤药物研发更是受到极大关注。长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)同样与肿瘤关系密切,并可能成为抗肿瘤药物的新靶点。本文综述miRNAs与lncRNAs的生成和功能、在肿瘤发生中的作用,基于二者的抗肿瘤治疗机制以及相关药物研发的挑战和前景。
Among all kinds of non-coding RNAs, the relationship between miRNAs and tumor has always been the hotspot in the fundamental research. Particular attentions have been paid to the new anti-cancer drug research targeted on miRNAs. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) also shared close association with tumor and had the potential to be the new anti-cancer drug targets. Here, we conducted a review focusing on the generation and function of miRNAs and lncRNAs, their mechanism in tumorigenesis, their roles in anti-cancer therapy as well as the outlooks and challenges in new drug development
