通心络胶囊治疗心血管疾病研究进展

Research progress of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment cardiovascular diseases

心血管疾病因其高患病率、高发病率、高死亡率的特点已经成为严重危害人类健康的疾病之一。脉络学说是研究"脉络-血管系统病"的发生发展、基本病理变化、临床症候特征、辩证治疗用药的学说,其核心是"营卫承制调平"理论。中药复方制剂通心络胶囊在脉络学说理论指导下对心血管疾病的防治具有调脂、抗凝、抗炎,改善内皮功能、稳定易损斑块,抑制心室重构,改善心肌缺血等多种作用机制,临床疗效明显。本文从血液、血管、心脏三重保护作用方面对通心络胶囊防治心血管疾病作一综述。

With characteristics of high incidence, high morbidity and mortality, cardiovascular diseases has become one of the diseases which cause serious damage to human health. Context theory discusses the ＂ Context-Vascular System disease＂, including its occurrence and development, basic pathological changes, clinical symptoms, and dialectical treatment medication. Tongxinluo capsule is one of the compound Chinese medicinal preparations which is developed according to the Collateral Disease Doctrine ＂Yingwei-Chengzhi-Tiaoping＂. Recent research has indicated that Tongxinluo capsule has significant effects on cardiovascular diseases through lipid metabolism regulation, anti-coagulation, anti-inflammation, endothelial function improvement, stability of vulnerable plaques, inhibition of ventricular remodeling, and myocardial ischemia improvement. Here, we reviewed the ad- vances in research of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in aspects of blood, vessels and heart.
