摘要
紧急避险系统中避难硐室的热负荷计算较为复杂,硐室内初始温度不同对平均热负荷变化比较大。针对避难硐室非稳态传热问题,文章对传热特性进行了全尺寸模拟试验与有限元分析,得出了20人避难硐室的温升规律,拟合得到硐室壁面一维非稳态传热温度场计算公式,并用实测数据进行了验证。为避难硐室热负荷的计算提供理论依据,为不同初始温度下避难硐室配置降温系统提供计算参考。
Heat load calculation of refuge chamber in the emergency system is complex, and different initial temperatures within the refuge chamber could greatly influence the changes of average heat load. Aiming at the unsteady heat transfer problem of refuge chamber, the paper conducted a full - size simulation and finite element analysis on the heat transfer characteristics. The temperature rising law of refuge chamber with 20 people was obtained. One - dimensional unsteady heat transfer calculation formula of temperature field of chamber wall was obtained by fitting, and was verified with experimental data. The paper provided theoretical basis for the refuge chamber heat load calculation and provide a reference for the calculation of configuring cooling system of the refuge chamber for the different initial temperatures.
