摘要 以陆上模拟实验,考察南极磷虾在船上煮熟灭酶后脱水,然后冷冻运回陆地进行后续处理生产虾粉这一工艺的可行性。陆上模拟实验表明,南极磷虾煮熟脱水后,虾重变为原来的51.9%,运回陆地经溶剂处理后,出粉率为13.6%,与现有虾粉生产工艺的出粉率差距不大。新工艺制成的虾粉,提取的虾油酸价为11.6,蛋白含量为5.25%,灰分含量为3.83%,与目前生产的虾油指标相近,虾粉完全满足提油用虾粉的要求。 A new production technology of krill-meal was simulated that krill was boiled , dehydrated and frozen on ship, and then krill was processed into krill-meal on land. Onshore simulated experiments showed that the boiled krill lost weight by 48.1%, and krill-meal yield was 13.6%by solvent treatment on land. The yield was similar to current technology. Krill oil was extracted from krill-meal made by new production technology. Acid value, protein content and ash content of the krill oil were 11.6, 5.25%and 3.83%, respectively. The results showed that quality of the krill oil was no difference between current production technology and the new one.
