摘要
以醉酒小白鼠为研究对象,通过"翻正反射实验"观察金银花提取液、葛花提取液和蜂蜜复合口服液对小白鼠醉酒率、醉酒潜伏时间和醒酒时间等的影响。结果表明,与模型对照组相比,金银花葛花和蜂蜜复合口服液实验组小白鼠的醉酒率降低,醉酒潜伏时间明显延长,醒酒时间明显缩短。
With drunken mice as the research object, the "turn positive reflex experiment" is used to observe the effects of honeysuckle flower extract, kudzuvine flower extract and honey compound oral liquid on mice drunken rate, drunk latent time and sober up time. The results show that compared with model control group, honeysuckle flower, kudzuvine flower and honey compound oral liquid experimental group of mice showed a decrease in drunken ratio, a significant prolongation in drunk latent timeed, and a significant shortening in sober up time.
