摘要
以阿胶红枣、黄芪为原料生产出阿胶、黄芪山楂糕,以此为基础制作复合裱花蛋糕,不仅研制开发了阿胶红枣、黄芪山楂糕裱花蛋糕新产品,而且该产品具有较高的营养价值、保健价值、食用价值。运用模糊数学法对不同生产方法生产的裱花蛋糕进行质量评判。
