摘要
ZwittermicinA(ZwA)是一种水溶性抗生素,对微生物具有较强的抑制作用。以草生欧文氏杆菌为指示菌,采用抑菌圈法,检测了5种国际标准Bt菌株Bt22、Bt185、G03、HD-1和HD-73不同发酵时刻发酵液的抑菌效果,通过数据分析,确定菌株代谢产物ZwA的初始产生时间,及ZwA的最佳获得时间。结果表明,Bt185、G03、HD-1和HD-73四种菌株初始产生ZwA的时间差异不大,在20h左右,Bt22最晚,在28h;ZwA的最佳获得时间依次为Bt22(68h)>HD-73(64h)=G03(64 h)>Bt185(60 h)>HD-1(52 h);在最佳获得时间时,Bt185产生的ZwA产量最高,为1.63 mg/mL,其它4种菌的ZwA产量依次为HD-73(0.96 mg/mL)>Bt22(0.92 mg/mL)>G03(0.89 mg/mL)>HD-1(0.47 mg/mL)。
Zwittermicin A ( ZwA) is one kind of insoluble antibiotics, which can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganism. Erwinia herbicola was used the method of inhibition zone to determinate the antibacterial effect of Bt22, Bt185, G03, HD-1 and HD-73 in different period of fermentation time. The initial producing time and the best acquisition time were obtained through data analysis. The results indicated that Bt185, G03, HD-1 and HD-73 all produced ZwA at 20 h, while Bt22 produced ZwA at 28 h. The best acquisition time of ZwA was detected and shown as Bt22 (68h)〉HD-73 (64 h)=G03 (64 h)〉Bt185 (60 h)〉HD-1 (52 h). During this period, Bt185 produced the most ZwA(1.63 mg/mL), the other four strains were shown as HD-73(0.96 mg/mL)〉Bt22(0.92 mg/mL)〉G03(0.89 mg/mL)〉HD-1 (0.47mg/mL).
