摘要
黄骅港综合港区通用散杂货码头工程地质中存在粉细砂硬夹层,采用锤击法沉桩,穿透此硬层非常困难。在本工程试桩中采用了水冲法配合锤击的沉桩工艺取得成功。在码头承台桩基施工中采用内冲内排的工艺,边冲边打成功打设了2根桩。为斜桩采用水冲法沉桩取得了经验。水冲法沉桩工艺成本低,穿透硬砂层效果好,应用前景广阔。
Silty sand hard stratum exists under the site of Huanghua port comprehensive harbor general-purpose bulk & general-cargo terminal project, which is hard to be penetrated with piles driven by hammer. The trial pile was made successfully by using pile jetting combined with pile driver hammer. Two piles are jetted and driven successfully by using inner jetting and draining technologies in the construction of pile foundation of wharf platform, which provide references for the application of sloping pile jetting method. Pile jetting method will be applied widely due to its low cost and good effect for penetrating hard sand layer.
