知识共享协议是指通过署名、非商业性使用、禁止演绎和相同方式共享等四个基本构成要素,构建一个公众可以自由使用的、平衡而灵活的著作权体系,以实现知识创造成果的合法共享、再使用与演绎。本文以知识共享协议在我国的发展为基础,通过文献和用户体验分析构建知识共享协议应用效果评价的初步指标体系,然后利用问卷调研和因子分析对该指标体系进行修正,最终构建我国知识共享协议应用效果的综合评价指标体系。表2。参考文献16。

Creative Commons License means using four basic elements, that is, attribution, non - commercial use, no derivatives and share alike, to create a balanced and flexible copyright system for the public to use freely, so as to realize the legal sharing, free reuse and derivation of knowledge creation achievements. Based on the development of Creative Commons License in China, this paper makes an analysis of and builds a preliminary index system for the application effect evaluation of Creative Commons License by means of literature and user experience analysis, then revises the preliminary index system by questionnaire inquiry and factor analysis, and finally establishes a set of comprehensive index system for the application effect evaluation of Creative Commons License. 2 tabs. 16 refs.
