“反”“返”之间——试论《老子》“不争之德”思想的双重化价值取向

Between “To Reverse” and “To Return”——A Study on the Dual Value Orientation in Laozi's “Indisputable Virtue”

"不争之德"是《老子》中圣人人格的重要内容,其具有功利性与超越性的双重价值取向。对于功利性的价值取向,可以通过"反者道之动"的命题加以分析。对于超越性的价值取向,可以通过"返也者,道动也"的命题加以分析。这两种价值取向之间存在一定的张力,需要加以分析和统一。

The so-called “Indisputable Virtue” is an important content in Laozi’s philosophy, and it has a dual value orientation. As for the orientation of utility, the proposition of “to reverse in Dao’s opera-tion” can be analyzed, and other orientation of idealism through the proposition of“to return in Dao’s oper-ation” can also be studied. There are some contradictions between the two orientations which need us to solve.
