摘要 脑缺血损伤和帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是中老年人常见的中枢神经系统疾病,神经炎症是脑缺血和帕金森病的基本病变。5-脂氧酶(5-LOX)是炎症介质半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)合成的限速酶。最近的研究已经表明,5-LOX在脑缺血损伤和PD病理过程中发挥重要的调节作用。 Cerebral ischemia injury and Parkinson's disease ( PD) are the aging-related diseases found to develop often in the central nervous system ( CNS) .Neuroinflammation is one of the critical pathological changes of cerebral ischemia and PD.The 5-lipoxygenase ( 5-LOX ) is a key enzyme metabolizing arachidonic acid to produce potent proinflammatory mediators cysteinyl leukotriene (CysLTs).Recent studies have shown that 5-LOX is involved in the pathological process of cerebral ischemia and PD .
