中药注射剂不良反应风险识别及干预

Risk identification and intervention of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection

目的:通过对中药注射剂不良反应风险因素的识别,探讨干预措施规避中药注射剂使用风险。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月～2012年12月我院发生的70例中药注射剂不良反应患者的情况。结果:患者年龄大、药物配置时间长、给药30 min内、溶酶使用不当、配置药物操作方法不当、输液器的选择是药物不良反应(ADR)发生的主要风险因素。结论:应提高护理人员在中药注射剂使用过程中对于ADR风险的防范意识,加强护理人员使用药物知识的培训,制定监管措施及标准化药物配置流程。

To explore the intervention measures to avoid the risk of traditional Chinese medicine injections through identification of risk factors of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 70 cases of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2012. Results：The main risk factors of ADR was the older,long configuration time,administration for 30 minutes,fibrinolytic enzyme of improper use of drugs,configuration of improper operation,and the pereson who selected a transfusion device. Conclusion：We should improve the nursing staff in the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in adverse risk prevention awareness,strengthen the nursing staff using drug knowledge training,formulate regulatory measures and standardized drug allocation process.
