摘要
现行水利水电工程天然建筑材料勘察规程(SL251—2000)已经实施十多年了,随着水利水电工程的迅猛发展和相关规范的不断更新,土料质量评价指标中的有些项目已与相关的水利水电工程设计规范脱节,如pH值、紧密密度、硅铁铝比等三项指标已不宜再作为评价土料合格的基本指标,建议在进行再次修订时予以取消。另外,由于土工试验规程对液限的修订,塑性指数出现了I10和I17之分,当利用塑性指数对土料质量进行评价时应对其进行相应调整,如仍采用原来参数,应特别说明。
The existing survey procedures of natural building materials for water conservancy and hydropower project (SL251 -2000) has been implemented for 10 years, with the rapid development of water conservancy and hydropower projects and the constantly updating of related norms, some of the items in soil material quality evaluation associated with water conservancy and hydropower engineering design specifications have become inappropriate, such as pH, close -den- sity and ferrosilicon aluminum ratio. They are not appropriate to evaluate soil material qualification as basic indicators, which need to be canceled in amendments. In addition, due to the soil test procedures in which the liquid limit is revised, and plasticity index I10 and I17 are divided, when using soil plasticity index to evaluate the quality of the material. It should be adjusted accordingly. It should be specified if still using I10.
