摘要
在华能启东风电场一期工程建设中,通过对项目管理工作进行持续分解和目标细化,实现进度计划的科学、合理优化;采取可实现、有激励的方式,充分调动各参建单位的积极性,创造了100 MW级大型风电项目九个月首批机组并网、十个月全部机组并网发电的新纪录,较好地实现了工程建设进度、质量、费用、安全等总体目标最优。
During the construction of Huaneng Qidong Wind Farm (Phase I), with an installed capacity of 61 × 1.5 MW, the project management is conducted by continuous breaking down and targets elaboration to optimize the scheduled plan. By adopting realizable and motivational methods the participants are fully motivated; consequently, the 100 MW - scaled wind farm achieved a new record, i. e. first group of wind turbine generators (WTGs) are connected to the grid in nine months and all the WTGs connected to the grid and started power generation in ten months. Thus, the optimization of overall goals as construction progress, quality, cost, safety, etc. of project is realized.
