阿里的“调性”

摘要 15年之后,由马云创建的阿里帝国已经从一棵小树蔓生成一片森林。在战略、技术、业务、市场、投资等等硬实力建设之外,阿里的文化,为这位复杂而多变的庞然大物确立了基本的"调性"——规矩定行为,视野明方向,江湖赋动力。"麻烦师傅,去淘宝城。"在打车超难的杭州,记者总算"扒"上一辆空车。"西溪的那个?"出租车司机问,在得到肯定的答案后,他又纠正道:"哦,那应该叫‘阿里城’了吧,听说阿里大部分人都搬那里了。"这位范姓出租车司机已从业8年,对杭城了如指掌。在他看来,去年8月,阿里巴巴集团从发迹的文二路西湖国际,迁至市郊的西溪湿地园区,算是真正建立了自己的"城",而马云则是这过万员工和数百亩土地无可争议的"城主"。 Mr. Fan is a taxi driver in Hangzhou. To him, when Alibaba Group moved from its initial business location to Xixi Wetland regionin the suburb, the group has finally formed its 'city', and Jack Ma is the undisputable 'master' of the city.From foreign trade ecommerce B2 B to Taobao's C2 C business, then the independent Tmall's B2 C, and now the development of mobile-end business, Alibaba Group has never stopped trying and leading, and today, the trading volume of its ecommerce ecosystem is over 1 trillion Yuan. Thewhole line of trade, including Tmall, Taobao, Juhuasuan and Alibaba International has become thfoundation of this Internet giant as well as the core of its huge estimated IPO value.As the founder of Alibaba, Jack Ma's name has become the symbol of Alibaba's spirit. However,he says that 'Alibaba doesn't belong to me only'. In the past 15 years, the little tree has grown into a forest: Alibaba has developed from an 18-person team into a giant with 20,000 employees, and Alibaba has formed its distinctive style.Except for the development of hard power like strategy, technology, business, market and investment, the culture of Alibaba has defined the basic 'tonality' of this complicated and ever-changing giant: rules that define actions, visions that indicate directions, and brotherhood that provides power. For the business world, the IPO of Alibaba will make the group a new giant; but for Alibaba, it's just another start.
