摘要
芦荟具有保湿及美白和杀菌的作用,本文对芦荟护肤霜的原料,配方及工艺条件的选择进行分析;研究了芦荟护肤霜技术指标的测定及其性能评价的方法;实验中运用高剪切的均质乳化机,采用二甲基硅油、羊毛脂、白凡士林、新鲜芦荟原汁等优异的护肤原料,运用合理的加料方式及乳化工艺制备芦荟护肤霜;对膏体色泽﹑香气﹑结构﹑pH值﹑耐热﹑耐寒﹑离心﹑颗粒度等指标按照国家化妆品标准进行了检验,结果表明芦荟护肤霜达到了国家标准的要求。
The principles of the moisture retention, whitening and sterilization of the aloe were introduced. And raw material, formula and production process conditions of the aloe cream were discussed. The technical specification determination and performance evaluation method of the aloe cream were researched. In this experiment, using polydimethyl silaxane fluid, lanolin, white petrolatum, fresh aloe raw juice as raw materials, the aloe cream was prepared by reasonable feeding mode and emulsifying process in the high cuts isotropic mulser. Then the ointment luster, fragrance, structure, pH value, heat-resisting, cold-resisting, centrifuge and granularity of the aloe cream were examined according to the national standard of cosmetics. The results show that the prepared aloe cream can meet the GB requirements.
