GC/MS/MS法测定墙纸中的多环芳烃

Determination of 16 Kinds of PAHs in Wallpaper Materials by GC/MS/MS

运用GC-MS/MS来检测墙纸中多环芳烃。把样品前处理之后进样,根据已测定的保留时间和离子对来定性,以母离子和响应值来定量。结果表明,该方法的检测限为0.1 ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.3%～2.35%,目标化合物的回收率为94.9%-105.2%。

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the wallpaper were detected by GC/MS/MS. Pretreated sample was injected, the qualitative analysis of the sample was carried out by comparing the retention-time and ion-pairs with that of standard materials, and the quantitative analysis was carried out by the abundance of the ion-pairs. The results indicate that the limit of detection for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the test samples is 0.1ng/mL; the relative standard deviation is in the range of 1.3%～2.35%, and the recoveries are in the range of 91.5%～110.2%.
