Application of Computers in Safety Test for the Polymerization Process

当前化工厂聚合工段事故频发的原因包括安全检测方法落后,利用计算机进行安全检测的技术尚不成熟,现行的法律条文也制约了聚合工段安全检测的实施,本文重点介绍了道化学法,ICI蒙德法和安全检查表法与计算机相结合在聚合工段安全检测中的运用方法。

The reasons to cause that the accidents in polymerization process take place frequently are including backward test method, test technology faultiness and so on. In the paper, combined application of Dow chemical method, ICI Mond process, safety checklist analysis and computers in safety test for polymerization process was discussed.
