介绍了碳化硼合成工艺的三种合成方法,重点论述了工业上生产碳化硼主要采用的碳热还原法。展示了碳化硼行业产业化的可喜前景。
Three synthesis methods of boron carbide were introduced, especially the carbothermal reduction method that had been used in industrial production of boron carbide. The prospects of boron carbide industry industrialization were discussed.
