摘要
选择合适的絮凝剂对煤矿洗煤废水的絮凝处理具有决定性意义,可实现保护环境、废水可持续利用及节省成本的多重意义。本文针对江西省某煤矿高浓度洗煤废水的特点,提出了采用聚丙烯酰胺加氯化钙絮凝剂的复合处理工艺,运行结果表明,经工艺处理的洗煤废水符合相关标准要求,可回收循环使用,在技术和经济上都可行。
Flocculant is the key to deal with the used water from a colliery for coal washing. The correct selec-tion of flocculant is good for sustainable production and environment protection and even cost saving. The targeted coal mine in Jiangxi province of China was studied and a composite of polyacrylamide/calcium chloride ( PAM/CaCl2 ) was used as the flocculant for waste water treatment. The results of this application indicated that the used flocculant is available.
