Geotechnical engineering field and foundation stability evaluation is the important basis of foundation design and construction. Correct evaluation shows the engineering geological conditions and characteristics of geotechnical engineering,which is relevant safe, reliable and economical to engineering design and construction. According to the project of Xichang Sunshine Experimental School,and combining with the characteristics of the natural geological environment and engineering,detailed geotechnical engineering data and geotechnical parameters required for the design and construction are put forward. The geotechnical engineering evaluation of the building foundation for the construction drawing of the project and the required engineering geological data are provided. The types of foundation, foundation forms, foundation treatment are clarified, and suggestions for prevention of unfavorable geological conditions are given.
