分拆PayPal的可能性分析及其对支付宝的启发

摘要
论文运用交易成本理论,分析得出eBay继续保有PayPal的交易成本更低,因此不应该分拆PayPal的结论。由于经济环境的不同,eBay的商业模式在中国行不通,因此论文也对支付宝的发展提出了相关建议,包括建立支付保险制度、积极发展移动客户端等。
