转底炉选择性还原红土镍矿富集镍工艺研究

摘要 为解决低品位红土镍矿的合理利用问题,针对转底炉处理红土镍矿生产含镍珠铁的可行性进行了研究。文中讨论了炉渣成分以及添加剂硫酸钠对生产含镍珠铁的影响。研究结果表明,合金中Fe、C含量随着CaO含量的增加而增加,Ni含量在CaO含量为9%时达到最高的13.07%,Ni的回收率均可达到97%以上。1 500℃以下,添加SiO_2能够得到还原在球团未熔融状态下的到含镍珠铁,配碳量为6.42%时,Ni的含量最高达到5.92%,同时有较高回收率88.75%。硫酸钠有效改善金属聚集长大,低温下能够产生珠铁,硫酸钠含量3%时镍的品位达到3.25%。 Research on feasibility of smelting Nickel iron bead with laterite-nickel ore by rotary hearth furnace in order to solve the reasonable utilization of low-grade laterite nickel ore. It discussed the effect of nickel iron bead production by slag composition and sodium sulfate. The results prove that Fe and C content in the alloy increased with the increase of CaO content. Ni content was up to the highest 13.07% when CaO content was 9%, the recovery of Ni was up to 97%above. Using SiO2 to restore nickeliferous iron bead under the molten state when 1 500 ℃, Ni content was up to the highest 5.92%when carbon was 6.42%, the recovery was 88.75%. The sodium sulfate can make metal gathered and grow up, generate iron bead in low temperature, the Ni grate was up to 3.25%when sodium sulfate content was 3%.
