摘要
讨论了矿热电炉二次电压的制约因素,包括变压器容量、设备电抗、设备电阻、功率因数、电效率与二次电压的关系、物料性质及炉料电阻对二次电压的影响。对于不同的铁合金冶炼品种,其二次电压的选择也不相同。加装无功补偿电容装置,可有效地提高电炉系统的功率因数。确定了合理的电炉工艺参数,最佳二次电压值的选择,可保证电炉获得较高的熔池功率,取得良好的指标。
The paper discussed secondary voltage constraints of submerged arc furnace including transformer capacity, equipment reactance, equipment resistance, power factor, the relationship between electrical efficiency and secondary voltage, material properties and the effect of burden resistance for secondary voltage. Different ferroalloy species had different secondary voltage. Adding reactive compensation capacitor device can effectively improve system power factor. Reasonable electric furnace technological parameter, the best secondary voltage selecting can ensure higher bath power and get batter index.
