摘要
对自触发脉冲激光雷达接收电路中光电二极管在不同光照功率下的敏感特性进行了研究,通过对接收电路中光电二极管PN结空间电荷区宽度在不同光照功率下的变化进行了理论分析,得出了在接收电路中不同光照功率对于自触发脉冲激光测量周期和激光脉冲信号宽度的影响。针对这一现象通过基本方程进行了描述,并通过所设计的交错控制自触发脉冲激光雷达实验装置验证了理论分析的正确性。该实验方法可以证明出激光雷达接收电路在不同光照功率下,自触发脉冲激光测量周期和激光脉冲信号宽度会产生延时误差。
The photodiode power sensitivity of self triggering pulsed laser rangefinder system receiving circuit was research and the space charge region width variation of photodiode PN junction was analyzed, on the conditions of different incident power. The conclusion is self triggering pulsed measurement period and laser pulsed width affected by the variation of incident light power. The basic equations to describe this phenomenon was propesed. Using the new designed experimental device, interleave control pulsed laser rangefinder system based on self triggering, to prove the theoretical analysis is true. On the conditions of different incident power, the new method can detect delay errors produced by self triggering pulsed measurement period and laser pulsed width.
