阿司匹林联合复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗冠心病临床疗效分析

The Clinical Effect Analysis of Aspirin combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Patient with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨阿司匹林联合复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将82例冠心病患者随机分为对照组及研究组各41例,对照组常规基础上应用阿司匹林治疗,研究组加用复方丹参滴丸治疗,疗程8周,比较两组治疗有效率及血脂改善率。结果:研究组及对照组有效率分别为92.7%(38/41)、73.2%(30/41),血脂改善率分别为70.7%(29/41)、41.5%(17/41),均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗冠心病的疗效好,建议临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods： 82 patients with coronary heart disease were randomized into the control group （n=41） and the study group （n=41）treated by aspirin and aspirin combined with compound danshen dripping pills respectively on the basis of routine treatment of coronary heart disease for 8 weeks. The effective rate and improvement rate of blood lipid were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate （92.68%） and improvement rate of blood lipid （70.73%）in the study group were significantly higher than those of 73.17% and 41.46% in the control group, both P〈0.05. Conclusion： Aspirin combined with compound danshen dripping pills is an effective method in the assistant treatment of coronary heart disease and worthy of further promotion.
