摘要
目的:探讨血脂异常对血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)活力的影响。方法:选择2011年6月-2013年5月1320名健康体检成年人。按性别及血脂分层分为血脂正常组和异常组两组,比较两组间血清ALT、GGT活力。结果:同性别总胆固醇(TC)的不同层次各组间ALT、GGT活力存在差异(P<0.05),各组间的ALT、GGT活力均为升高组>边缘升高组>正常组;同性别组的甘油三酯(TG)在升高组与正常组及边缘升高组问的ALT、GGT活力均存在差异(P<0.05);TC、TG异常组的ALT、GGT升高检出率明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:血脂异常并存肝细胞损害及肝功能异常,对血脂异常升高者,应及早测定ALT及GGT,对脂肪性肝病的早期预防和治疗干预有一定的临床指导意义。
Objective: To explore the effect of the abnormal blood fat on the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT). Methods: 1320 cases selected from general health checks were divided primarily by sex and subsequently by blood fat levels from Jun 2011 to May 2013, subdivided into abnormal and normal blood fat and the activity levels of ALT and GGT between the two groups were compared. Results: Different TC, TG levels in group A, B and C labeled normal, marginally increased and significantly increased. There were significant differences of the activity of ALT and GGT (P 〈 0.05) in all the groups with different levels of TC within the same sex group. The comparison of the activity of ALT and GGT in different groups were as following: C〉 B〉A. For TG groups in the same sex there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05) of the activity of both ALT and GGT, the significantly increased group showed larger differences than the normal and the marginally increased groups. The incidence of increased ALT and GGT was significantly higher in abnormal TC and TG levels group than those in the normal TC and TG level group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusions: Abnormal blood fat combines liver cells damaging and abnormal liver function. People with abnormally elevated blood fat levels should have their ALT and GGT activity level checked as early as possible. Early detection would enable swift intervention and prevent fatting liver disease or begin treatment in the early stages.
