摘要 为了解决电源送出问题,提出一种多控制区协调自动发电控制(AGC)模型。结合该模型,对AGC的行为与电网潮流之间的作用关系进行分析,给出了相应的控制策略及控制算法。主控制区的控制目标为频率和联络线偏差控制,子控制区的控制目标为其稳定断面潮流贴近控制要求。子控制区也可参与主控制区的控制,实现与主控制区的协调控制。在云南省调AGC的实际工程应用表明,该方法可以有效地将子控制区稳定断面有功功率控制在允许范围内,保证电力系统的安全稳定运行。 A coordinated multi-control area automatic generation control (AGC) model is proposed to solve the problem of power sent. Combined with the model, the role of the relationship between power flow and the behavior of AGC is analyzed and the corresponding control strategy and control algorithm are given. Control objective for the main control area is frequency and tie-line bias control. Control objective for the sub-control area is close to the permissive bounds of stable control requirements. In order to achieve a coordinated control between sub-control area and the main control area, sub-control area can also be involved in the control of the main control area. Actual application of the proposed method to the AGC in Yunnan Provincial Power Dispatching and Control Center shows that this method can effectively keep the sub-control area power flow of tie line within the permissive bounds and ensure the secure and stable operation of power system.
