摘要
针对决策者权重未知、属性权重已知,属性值为区间直觉模糊数的多属性群决策问题,提出采用区间直觉模糊加权平均算子进行信息集结,利用带有转化参数的得分函数进行决策.首先借助区间直觉模糊数的距离来确定决策者权重,然后利用区间直觉模糊加权平均算子和决策者权重对个体决策矩阵进行集结,最终得到每个方案对应的区间直觉模糊数,将其带入得分函数进行动态决策分析.通过实例求解验证了方法的可行性.
In order to solve some multi--attribute group decision making problems, in these problems decision maker's weight is unknown and attribute weight are known, attribute value is interval intuitionistic fuzzy value, the paper proposes to gather information by using interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator, use score function contained transformation parameters to make decisions. At first, decide the de- cision maker's weight by using the distance of interval intuitionistic fuzzy value, then gather individual deci- sion matrix by using interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator and decision maker's weight, get the interval intuitionistic fuzzy value of each proiect, then put these numbers into score function to make dy namic decision analysis. The feasibility of the method is proved through an example.
